I don't want that!!!

Matthew McConaughey speaks about the elimination process: it’s easier to know what you don’t want to be or do than what you actually want to do.

So, faced with many (perhaps too many) different options, a good way forward is to start by defining what you don’t want.

The word “decide” comes from the Latin, “decidere”, i.e. to cut, to give up, to decrease, to separate from.

“Man can act only because he can ignore”.

Paul Valéry

How about you: what can you eliminate from your business activities?

– Moving forward, which customers, partners or suppliers are actually people or companies with whom you’d like to be WITHOUT rather than WITH?

– What level of margin, payment time, administrative or financial constraints are you ready to embrace? In negotiations, an aim is desirable only when it exceeds our current endpoint, but still needs to be defined precisely.

– What products or services make you deviate from your true DNA? From the core of your job and what you really like to do?

– What activities or tasks would you like to stop doing, or in any case decrease, to free up more time and develop your real YOU?
